This is an intensive look at what you actually do to deliver benefits through projects and change. There are six stages (shown below) with a number of questions in each category. Each question has a yes/no answer based on what you actually do. It takes less than four minutes, is completely free, and you'll receive an immediate project health scorecard. You will need to take into account at what stage you are with your project when answering the questions and reading the feedback.  If there are elements you haven't reached yet, then answer what you would do!  Be honest!
